Recently built, with a rectangular plan, gabled roof, with a terrace in the continuity of the coverage, resulting architecturally from the perfect combination of modern elements and the use of basalt stone masonry in sight and wood, natural raw materials original from the island, "SPRING HOUSE" and "AUTUMN HOUSE", combine comfort, safety, well-being and harmony to a tranquility and peace in absolute contact with Mother Nature, in its genuine and primordial space, but above all its warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as the superb natural landscape either on the huge Atlantic Ocean water surface or the majestic mountain which gives its name to the island, luring all that honour us with their presence.

Both houses are decorated with the simplicity that the rural environment invites, in warm colours: Spring house in orange hue transmitting joy, vitality, prosperity and success. It is associated with creativity, because its use awakens the mind and helps in the process of assimilation of new ideas. Energy, enthusiasm, communication and spontaneity are other sensations aroused in the presence of the orange colour; and Autumn house in violet blue hue, linked to the mystical world, the magic and mystery, conveys the feeling of the release of fears and other concerns, favourable to the purification of body and mind.
